Flour Mill
A flour mill, with its variable texture control, quiet-operation, and large-capacity hopper, grinds via stone heads or stainless-steel burr heads to make super fine, bread quality flour to coarse, cracked grains for cereals – whilst keeping all nutrients and vitamins in each batch of flour.

Types of flour fill equipment –

• Manual Flour Mill – a compact-sized, hand operated grain mill, with its adjustable milling cone (grind fine or coarse) makes approx ½-cup of fine flour per 60-seconds or approx twice that on a coarse setting. Models include those with heavy-duty clamp (secures to worktops up to 2-inches thick) to the standard tabletop designed mills.

• Electric Flour Mill – a high-speed grain / flourmill, with its stainless-steel blades, adjustable texture settings, and 350 - 1250-watt motor, makes light work of processing all-types of grains – resulting in approx 1.5-pounds of wheat per 60-seconds

Constructed in high-impact plastic, solid aluminum or similar hard-wearing material for long-term durability, equipped with a large hopper, often octagon shaped, being easy-to-fill, and accepting in the region of 1 to 20-cpups, and powder-coated for complete ease in clean-up.

An all-purpose flour milling machine is designed to grind a variety of fresh, nutritious ingredients, such as wheat, rice, spices, oats, corn, barley, peppercorn, coffee beans, non-oily seeds, etc.

Flour Mill

All in all, taking the time to self-process a batch of flour, with a versatile, high-quality, and low-priced home flour mill, often results in a more nutritious serving of flour (avoids nutrition-destroying heat), offering a more distinct taste, which is often lost in the mass-produced, commercial whole-grain flour.
